How we work
Walk-in work
Printing, copying, scanning, laminating, typing and internet are first-come, first-served. No booking. Most jobs are done in under ten minutes.
Repairs
Diagnosis is R50 and we take it off the bill if you go ahead. You get a quote before anything is opened. If we cannot fix it, you pay the diagnosis and nothing else. Try the free troubleshooter first — it is often a cable.
Websites and design
Half up front, half when the site goes live. A one-page site is usually live within seven days once you have sent your text, photos and logo.
Training
Groups of six or fewer so everyone gets a machine. Youth classes run Saturday mornings. Certificate of attendance on the eight-week programme.
Business and bulk accounts
Schools, churches, salons and contractors can print on account and settle monthly against a statement. Minimum R350 a month. Ask at the counter.
Bring your own device
WiFi vouchers work on your phone or laptop. Bring documents on a USB, on WhatsApp, or emailed ahead to save time.
